All researchers, including Mennonite Church USA denominational and agency staff members, are required to register when using archival collections on site. Researchers may fill out the researcher registration form in advance.
Researchers are required to show photo identification. Researchers who do not possess photo identification for religious reasons may instead show two forms of identification without a photograph.
Researchers who do not comply with the registration procedure will not be allowed to use archival collections.
